Should the U.S. help the Iranian Protestors?

Is this our shot at removing the Iranian Regime?

At least eight people have been killed and a former foreign minister  arrested during another day of violent protests in Tehran, various media inside and outside of Iran report.

Is it possible that this is our best shot at removing the current tyrants in power? Could this be instrumental in keeping Israel out of an Iranian conflict?
